1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ozwin 365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ozwin 365 website located at https://ozwin-365.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality provided therein.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the ozwin 365 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

ozwin 365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

3.4 Account Currency

All accounts on ozwin 365 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players depositing via payment methods that operate in other currencies will have their funds converted to ৳ BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed by ozwin 365 as a result of proven fraudulent conduct or a material breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. In all other cases, legitimate balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

In any event, ozwin 365's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ozwin 365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ozwin 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — ozwin 365 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, minor clarifications, or reformatting) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the ozwin 365 platform following notification of any material change to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.1.
